Château GRIVIÈRE- MÉDOC (Vintage 2005, Red)- From Wine Expeditions Newsletter: “The Château GRIVIÈRE comes from the MÉDOC located on the left bank of the Gironde River north of Bordeaux in France. It is made up of 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet -Sauvignon. This ruby red wine offers a wide open bouquet of ripe red fruits accompanied by delicate floral notes. The highly elegant palate is chewy and fruity with a dense tannic base. Note the mix of wild berries, oak and cut hay notes that persist through to the long, fresh finish.”

Here’s What Rob had to say:

“What a treat for red wine lovers. This is a tasty wine perfect for a nice relaxing or romantic evening listening to some good tunes. This is also I wine I would definitely think of to order at a classy restaurant to enjoy with grilled lamp chops, a favorite dish I like to order here in Atlantic City”

Overall score: 7.5 out of 10
