Pig’s Ear Brown Ale from Woodstock Inn Brewery

Pigs Ear Brown Ale from Woodstock Inn Brewery won Grand National Champion for brown ales at the United States Beer Tasting Championships in 2004 and 2006. It’s a medium-bodied ale with a balance of roasted and crystal malts that combine to create a hearty nutty flavor. The brewers describe it as medium bitterness with a slightly sweet finish.

Here’s how what TBone had to say:

“I just took a big luscious sip of this and let it just bounce all around the inside of my mouth, and it is tasty!”

All around, Pigs Ear Brown Ale made a good showing with an overall rating of 8/10. Watch the video for a more detailed description of what our bold panel of taste testers thought of this brown ale from Woodstock Inn Brewery.
